  • Where is my order?

We send an email with your tracking number to the email that You registered in your order, if  you didn't receive it to your email you can find it in your account.


  •  How can i track my order?
You can use this site: https://www.17track.net/en 

At the moment the package arrive to your country you can also enter the tracking number in to your local post service web.


  • Why my tracking number isn't valid?

The tracking number takes a few days to be activated and updated by the post office, so you might not be able to see information in the first few days after the shipment. 


  • How long is the shipping time?

Most of our product require 2-3 handling days*.

The products that are Handmade takes about 4-7 handling days*.

After the item is ready to ship it will be transferred to the post office for shipping.
Every country has different shipping time
USA- usually 12-20 days.
Australia- Usually 13-20 days.
Europe, New Zealand and rest of the world- Usually 17-28 days.
We have factories in China and USA, items from different factories have different shipping time.
When you buy several items sometimes the items will be sent separately, if one item is ready before the other it will be sent first, also, if one item is from a different factory than the other they will be sent separately.
Sometimes there are delays at the post office that we, sadly, cannot control, especially in times of holidays. 
We ask you to keep patience at all time and remember there is not a situation that we cannot resolve.

  • Can i cancel my order after it's been placed?
That depends on the item you ordered and how fast you will contact us about it. 
We can't cancel the order after it was shipped, if you still want to cancel you need to receive the item and send it back to us. When we'll receive the item we will refund you. 
  • Are there customs, taxes, duties and/or tariffs?
It's very unlikely.
We are not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs.
Unfortunately we have no control over your local policies, it all deals with laws and regulations in your country. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order.
Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
  • I ordered an unframed canvas and receive it with double/mirror looking painting.

The double/mirror looking painting is extra so you can frame it without losing some of the original painting.

Please note that there are small black line on the canvas you received - this is the extra you should use to mount on the frame.


  • How can i be sure that this site is not a fraud?
We use PayPal, Stripe and Apple pay that guarantee our accountability.
